Zusammenfassung Bei der konventionellen Abwicklung von Bauverträgen bestehen Anreize, sich konfrontativ zu verhalten. In partnerschaftlichen Projektabwicklungsmodellen sind Elemente, die die Kollaboration und Kooperation zwischen den Projektbeteiligten fördern (sogenannte Partnerschaftselemente), ein fester Bestandteil. In diesem Beitrag werden acht wesentliche Funktionen dieser Partnerschaftselemente herausgearbeitet: Ausrichtung der Partikularinteressen an gemeinsamen Projektzielen, effektiver Umgang mit Konflikten, Gleichrangigkeit, Kommunikation, Lösungsorientierung bei projektbezogenen Fragestellungen, Motivation, Transparenz und Vertrauen. Darüber hinaus erfolgt eine phasenbezogene Zuordnung der Elemente, um zu zeigen, in welchen Projektphasen die jeweiligen Funktionen besonders wirksam eingesetzt werden können.
Partnership in Construction Projects: Trust, Understand, Build
Abstract In conventional construction contract execution, there are incentives that encourage confrontational behavior. In contrast, collaborative project delivery models incorporate specific partnership elements designed to promote collaboration and cooperation among project participants. This article systematically examines eight key functions of these partnership elements: aligning individual interests with shared project goals, effective conflict management, equality, communication, solution-oriented approaches to project-related issues, motivation, transparency, and trust. Additionally, the elements are assigned to specific project phases to illustrate when and where each function can be applied most effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
